General
The site uses a combination of menu functions and links on the pages to navigate.
Please refer to menu options for menu navigation. If text on the site is
underlined, it means that you can click on that text item for navigation
e.g. on a waybill activity report, the waybill number would be underlined.
If you click on the number, it will open a page with all the waybill details.
All dates on the system are in the format YYYYMMDD i.e. 20010228. You will be
required to enter dates in this format. Where dates are required to
indicate a month, e.g. statements, dates must be entered as YYYYMM i.e.
200109.
It does not matter if you use upper or lower case to enter your data. Where
required, the system will convert the data to upper case. However, it is important
that data that needs to be entered in lower case e.g. e-mail addresses, is entered
correctly.
The "'tab" key on the keybord can be used to move to the next field when data is being entered on a page.
Menu options
My Courier
This is a business analysis tool. This functions allows you to view data about your courier movement.
Select the "My Courier" menu option on the left hand side of
the screen. A screen will load showing a graph of Berco Express's
performance in terms of whether consignments are in or out of service level agreement i.e. delivered on time or delivered late. At the top of the page, please
use the "Page navigation" function to navigate between the
available pages.

- Main / Regional / International Centre Analysis
- Breakdown by Destination Analysis
On the right side of the display screen,
there is a drop down list giving you four different types of analysis
charts.
On the main body, additional options are available to change the data
being displayed on the page. If you have access to multiple account numbers, you can
choose the account. The date range can also be changed. Where applicable,
the service type can also be selected.

Track and Trace
This option allows you to track the status of your parcel or parcels,
however, you will be required to have the appropriate waybill number on
hand.
Select the Track and Trace menu option on the left hand side
of the screen. A screen will open asking you to enter your waybill number.
If you have any problems or queries, please click on Contact service
Centre. Your waybill details will be displayed with summarised waybill
details, textual Proof of Delivery details ( if available ), full track and trace information and Proof of Delivery image, should it be available.

Quotes
This function enables you to determine what it will cost to send parcels to
your chosen destination. Please note that there are help buttons available on
the screen for postal codes.
Please select the Quotation entry on the left menu bar. If you
have access to multiple account numbers, a page will load asking you to confirm the
account for which the quotation is required. A page will load asking for
the relevant information to be entered, e.g. where parcels are to be collected and where they are
to be delivered. Information about the parcels, i.e. dimensions and weights, will
also be required. Please note that dimensions are entered in centimetres
and weight is entered in kilograms. When complete, click the Submit
button. A confirmation page will appear stating the price and the information
that you have entered.
Please note that a quotation number is supplied on this page. This number can be used for reference purposes. Please note that the quotation is valid for 7 calendar days.

Request a collection
This menu option allows you to affect a collection eletronically via the Berco Express web site.
Please select Enter collections on the left menu bar. A page will load asking
for details, e.g. where the parcel is to be collected, sent to and details
about the parcel. Press on Submit Request for Collection
button once all the relevant information
has been entered. A page will load displaying the information you have entered
and a system allocated collection number that can be used as a transaction
reference at a later stage.

Personalise my information
This page allows you choose the settings you would prefer i.e. full sender
/ receiver details or to / from locations. Please note that
settings are kept on our main server so that in the event of multiple
users using
the same logon, the personal settings would be the same for all.
Select Personalise on the menu bar. A page will load
asking you to select the setting that you prefer.

Waybill activity report
This report allows you to generate waybill activity listing based on certain selection criteria.
Select waybill activity report on the menu bar. Enter the required
date range. Please note that you can select the from region, to region and service to be included or excluded in the activity list. To exclude a region ( from or to ), please change the field next to the from / to region to "Exclude this region" instead of "Include this region only".
You can also select waybills in service level agreement or not in service level agreement i.e. delivered on time or delivered late. Please select the number of entries that you want to appear
on a page. The default is 10.
A page will load with the information as to
number of waybills found for your selection period and the number of pages
containing waybill listing. Use forward and backward
buttons to navigate from page to page.
You can select a waybill to view
it by clicking on the underlined waybill number. If an invoice has been generated for a waybill, the invoice number will
appear with a link to the invoice.

Reports
This menu option allows you to do a selection of cost saving reports as
listed below. Please click on this menu item to view the available reports.
Spend by cost centre
Please enter the date range that you required. A report detailing your waybills
by cost centre will appear. Please note that none on the
report is a collection of waybills with no cost centre and
various on the
report is a collection of waybills where waybills
have been consolidated to fit into the report.

Spend by destination
Please enter date range you require. A report detailing your waybill by
destination will be loaded after you have pressed submit.

Please enter date range you require. A report detailing your waybill by
service type will be loaded after you have pressed submit.

Invoice
This function displays invoices. Where an invoice has multiple pages, press
next page to view the next page.
Select Invoices on menu bar. Enter invoice number. Press submit.
Please note that all waybills on the invoice are linked to the page that
will display the waybill details.

Statements
This functions displays statements. Please press next page for
multiple page statements.
Select Statement on menu bar. Enter statement period in format
YYYYMM (year and month). A statement will be loaded. Please note the all
invoice numbers are linked to the invoice. If you click an invoice number,
the invoice will be loaded.
